YIVA Engineering SRL is a Belgium-based industrial engineering consultancy with over 25 years of experience delivering EPC/EPCM process engineering for the chemicals, metals recycling, water treatment, and green technology sectors. YIVA specialises in translating process concepts into executable industrial plants — from feasibility and FEED through detailed engineering and construction. The company is actively engaged in circular economy and decarbonisation projects, including water reuse, carbon capture and utilisation, and resource recovery technologies.
Role in the project
YIVA Engineering contributes its EPC/EPCM and process engineering expertise to the implementation and commissioning of the SOEC system at the project's two industrial demonstration sites. Within Work Package 5 (Implementation & Commissioning), YIVA leads the engineering design for integrating the electrolyser system into the host processes — defining the bill of materials, heat recovery interface, gas handling (H₂/O₂) skid, balance-of-plant and infrastructure requirements, and the associated operating and safety procedures. YIVA also leads the project's full-scale scalability assessment, designing the engineering pathway to scale the demonstrated technology toward industrial deployment.
