About
KERIONICS S.L. is a technology-based company and UPV-CSIC spin-off focused on the development, manufacturing and industrialisation of high-temperature Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cell/Solid Oxide Electrolyser technology. Kerionics develops SOEC/SOEL systems and key components for efficient green hydrogen and oxygen production, targeting the decarbonisation of energy-intensive industries such as ceramics, glass, steel, cement, petrochemicals and other hard-to-abate sectors.
Role in the project
In INDTEGRATE, Kerionics acts as project coordinator and SOEC technology provider. Kerionics will contribute its expertise in high-temperature electrolysis, stack design, electrolyser architecture, system integration and industrial validation. Its role includes supporting the design and integration of the 220 kW SOEC system, defining key SOEC/BoP requirements, contributing to the digital and EMS integration, supporting pilot deployment at the industrial sites, and coordinating the overall technical and administrative implementation of the project.
