Role in the project
INCOTEC's role in INDTEGRATE will focus on two complementary service areas: project management and exploitation planning, including IPR management. Regarding project management, INCOTEC will support the coordination and administrative follow-up of the project, contributing to efficient implementation, monitoring of activities, reporting processes, and alignment with the expected objectives, milestones and deliverables. In parallel, INCOTEC will lead or support the definition of the exploitation strategy, helping partners identify, protect and valorise the project results. This will include the development of exploitation pathways, assessment of market and business opportunities, identification of key stakeholders and potential end-users, and support in intellectual property rights management to ensure that project outcomes can be effectively transferred, scaled and used beyond the project lifetime.
